I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room initially provided was cozy, it was not suitable, leading to a hassle of moving to a sister location on the second day of my stay. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were beautiful, quiet, and immaculate, it was disappointing that our party of 6 didn't have a balcony and we got stuck with a disabled shower and toilet. The water pressure and temperature control were really shocking. Despite that, the hotel smelled quite unpleasant.
